Excellent!

Absolutely excellent! Everyone loves it. My wife told me to quit making wine, and just stick to beer, and this mead. :)

Mead Kit

Everything worked well, and the instructions were easy to follow. The only issue was the must over fermented down to a very dry SG of 0.992. Back sweetening with an additional 10 oz of honey / gallon improved it greatly.

Pre-tasting review mead making

Process smooth. Needs 4 months in fermentor. 1 month has passed. Happy to let you know what I really think of the product in 3 more months.
