Disappointed

This is my 5 th ebike so I had high hopes that this bike would be something special. I was looking for 2 things. 4 inch fat tires for snow, but absolutely most important was the need for speed. My impression from my research was that this bike was capable of 30 mph and more. I went over this in great detail with Biktrix and with the battery spec’d I had hoped for a bike that I could comfortably cruise at 22-25 mph and push to 30 when needed. My bike in Texas gives me that comfortably. The best I can get out of this bike is 18-20 mph. I am so hopeful that Biktrix can respond and come up with a solution. They have been great to work with so far but we must overcome this problem.
