Not a fan. Sad I ordered 5 lbs.

Prefer Tvp, tofu, seitan, Fava bean tofu, eat meati. And those cost much less. It’s shelf stable and good nutrition stats just don’t care for the texture or flavor once rehydrated and seasoned. Doubt we’ll use it.

Great protein for the dollar

Really takes up flavour well. Definitely cook for much longer than the recommended 10 minutes.

I couldn’t decide between products so ordered most of them to try - all are excellent and haven’t found any vegan product which compares for macros! They’re also super versatile (unflavoured so you can add to any dish with seasonings/sauce!) Super fast shipping and the handwritten note were also a lovely surprise!) These are definitely my new kitchen staple!
