I love the extra boost from green tea. And now that I know I need only wait 10 minutes after boiling my kettle for the water temperature to drop to the green-tea-appopriate 180F, I avoid bitterness. I love the added fruit flavors. I only add about half a rounded teaspoon (about 1 level) of honey.
