I ordered this product along with one other item and I feel I was misled by entire order. I got a notification that it would arrive within a week only to find out the other item was out of stock. Why would they allow me to order if the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund bc I had to purchase another item due to the time frame and was told no refund despite wanting to cancel the item that had not even been received. Requested a refund and was told all sales are final. I did not receive my order for about 3 weeks. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from them again.

It's becoming a tangled mess with no curl

The hair was nice in the package. It wore fine for the first few days. It also doesn't have enough curl that I like, even when product was applied. I'm into my second week of wearing it, and it's becoming a tangled mess!! I won't use this particular hair for boho braids anymore.
