It's becoming a tangled mess with no curl

The hair was nice in the package. It wore fine for the first few days. It also doesn't have enough curl that I like, even when product was applied. I'm into my second week of wearing it, and it's becoming a tangled mess!! I won't use this particular hair for boho braids anymore.

I bought other hair from you great quality and this one was just for fun, however I’ve lost my braided and this purchase has gone unused. Too dark purchased what was available but i need a lighter 4 or so
