Really liked the size and shape. POCKETS DEPTH ALSO. I LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH WAY TOO MUCH STUFF. THE TOTE IS GREAT. MY DAUGHTER INLAW HAD THE BROWN EASTWEST TOTE. SO I PURCHASED IT FOR MYSELF. ❤️

Great Bag. . . but one issue (for me)
Everything is 10/10 except the laptop part. My laptop (14") stuck out when placed in the laptop compartment. Living in the Midwest - that will not fly as we have lot so rain, snow, etc. I need my laptop to be protected. Oher than that - everything s great. Lots of room for everything else in life: water bottle, planner, iPad, etc. Sadly, I will have to return. Customer service has been amazing though and suggested I exchange for the Large Work Tote. So I plan on doing that. A worker has that exact bag, so I approve and cannot wait to get the exchange.
