Prairie Fresh USA Prime St. Louis Style Pork Ribs

Not impressed

I thought these would be superior ribs just b3cause the brand and being sold at this store. Butcher cuts wete horrible, splinters, sharp bones, a lot of lose meat that should have been trimmed, and then the thin meat....not much meat on those bones. JUST MY OPINION, im definitely not an expert, and maybe its on me learning how to pick a good slab....but i have been doing it a long time and purchased many brands of ribs....mostley St. LOUIS spare ribs....... ill try again, but this round was disappointing....thats all. Staff is world class....great bbq store!!!!
