Have been ordering this product for a few years and it always arrives on time and completely frozen. I have only contacted customer service once, and they were very professional.

Green or unprocessed tripe good for gut

All my dogs love tripe . It has enzymes from the lambs stomach . Wolves in the wild would eat guts of prey first , organ meat then the rest . So the “ guts of prey “ is your unprocessed tripe ! European breeders of Irish wolfhounds fed tripe and had dogs living well over 10 years , which is unheard of in the US for large breed dogs . If you feed it , give no more than 25% of total food by volume and introduce gradually . You dont want the poopies . Go slow . So … slice it up in little portions and freeze the rest . It is a superfood . just go slow with it initially .
