Boy, the smoker sure works good. I cooked my first brisket ever on my green egg using your smoker and the flavor was on point. Excellent product.

Well it finally warmed up enough (plus 5 cel)here in Ontario Canada to try out my new smokai and I love it. I had bellows of smoke in no time at all. Very easy to use even the first time. Now I have more smoked meat than I know what to do with. Mostly cold smoked which I was unable to do before. Now it’s as easy as can be. Very happy wonder why I didn’t buy one years ago. Phil
