Focal Bathys Headphones - Open Box - C Condition - Clearance

Was looking to get away from painful earbuds and this deal from one of my favorite speaker companies popped up. How could I resist? The fit and comfort so far are excellent and the sound is fantastic as well. Once you learn the controls the headphones are easy enough to use. They are a bit bulky and flashy for a wireless but still very much worth it.

They were a clearance item (open box). They sound terrible. Obviously, they were not tested before they were sold and shipped out again. Quality control? As a clearance item, I am unable to return them apparently. Lesson learned.

Bought these as open box. They do not work. I would have thought they would test the item before they resell it. Very disappointed in the company.
