This is a satisfyingly rich and quiet coffee blend that’s perfect for morning on my porch, and for that early evening last cup of coffee.

I’ve been searching for a good replacement for a favorite coffee bean since moving across the country and gave Palestinian Coffee Co a try due to their ethical stance and commitment to helping in Gaza. That way, even if the coffee was bad, I’d still feel good about spending the money ;) but I was so pleasantly surprised! I started with a flavored blend but moved to the light roast next and it’s even BETTER. I consider myself a very mid-coffee snob — I know a good bean but like a richer brew than some of the very niche blends or single source beans other companies push out. I grind at home and brew in a moccamaster one cup and will not be going back to any other coffee bean now.
