Palestinian Zaatar Mixture [90 ML - 3 OZ]

I have to admit.....

I've been an early adopter of Olive Odyssey. Frankly, given the cause, I'd buy it no matter what. Still, at a certain point, I did the math and realized that the mark up is substantial. They pay 30% above market rate for olives, but then the gross profit per bottle....It's a healthy business. So, I stopped for a while. Other places are starting to market Palestinian-sourced products and Za'atar is common in Middle Eastern markets -or heck, even Amazon. The truth is, credit where it is due, the quality of this product is far, far beyond what's generally available on the shelf. I know, we're only talking about Za'atar. You could make it yourself technically. But I'm not going to, and if I'm going to buy it and want it to be actually good - this is the best.

Each bottle of olive oil is delicious and unique in flavor. The zatar amd sumac was esquisite. Thank you!

Wonderful wonderful taste of herbs mixed together in a lovely Mediterranean blend. I love to mix this with just a little olive oil on a plate and serve it with hot bread or any bread. Very tasty try it you’ll like it.
