The PILOT Custom Heritage 912 Fountain Pen in Black is an excellent writing instrument. I’m very satisfied with the stub nib, which performs beautifully. I was initially concerned that it might be difficult to write with, but the nib is very well polished and writes smoothly without any issues. Overall, it feels comfortable and reliable in everyday use. Highly recommended.

amazing nib

I love writing with a fine nib. I have a small collection of pens with EF nibs, and I'm very happy with their writing. But I didn't expect that the Posting nib could write so much smoother and finer than any EF nib in my collection.

Ultimate note-taking pen

The Pilot Custom Heritage 912, equipped with a SFM (Soft Fine Medium) nib, is an excellent addition to any pen collection. It could be the “ultimate note-taking pen.” I currently have the Soft Fine and SFM nibs, and I suspect a Soft Medium will be next.
