At one point is was nice to speak to someone, not sure what made you change your policy? crazy to keep sending e-mails back and forth. I am from a older generation having problems do all this on the computer. First I was asked to send a video, then once that was done I was ask to send order number? Hopefully I can just received the replacement to the sprayer that is not spraying the oil out of. I have purchased more than 1 diffuser just trying to have them work?
