I love AromaPlan! I had to replace the bottle. The customer service rep was understanding and handled my order expeditiously.

Original order never reached me. I was annoyed. Turns out it was a carrier snafu. When I called to ask about missing order, Aromaplan immediately sent replacement. Items are as expected.

Price of bottle does not match quality

Almost $30 for a plastic bottle is outrageous. Similar plastic bottles are less than $1. Glass alternative for this price is a tiny bit better
