Great customer service and comfortable pillow

I’m a side sleeper and have spent years trying different pillows, so I decided to give this one a try. I’m only 5'4", so I initially chose the thinner size. While it was comfortable, it ended up being too thin for side sleeping and caused some shoulder pain. I reached out to customer service, and they were fantastic. They sent me the thicker version right away with no hassle. The thicker pillow has made a huge difference, and my shoulder pain is completely gone. If I roll onto my back, it’s not too high as long as I stay in the dip, which is a nice bonus. I’ve been using it for almost a month now and have no complaints. Shipping was also pretty fast within Canada.

I should have purchased this pillow a lot sooner in my life. It’s an amazing product and you must try it if you suffer with neck and shoulder pain!

Very good but maybe not thick enough.

For the size of my pillow I followed the sizing information on your website. I’m 1.83 meters but I have wide shoulder and I find my pillow to be a bit thin.
