Amazing Company/Pillow!

I cannot say enough good things both about the customer service I experienced or the Contoured Orthopaedic Pillow! When I originally ordered I went with the standard pillow based on height. I got the pillow but was struggling with my shoulder feeling like it was shoved up into my ear when on my side (aka the pillow was too thin for me). I emailed customer service and they responded almost immediately, offered me either a refund or an exchange for the Thick version of the pillow or another pillow. I opted for the Thick version. They processed my exchange immediately, let me keep the pillow I had, and sent the new one within four days. The thicker pillow was exactly what I needed, and I am finally getting a good nights sleep! The customer service was impeccable, and the pillow is a little piece of heaven! Thank you Dosaze!

Great customer service

The first pillow I tried was not good for me. The standard one is not for obligate side sleepers, at least not for me. I let them know when the 2 week check-in email came, and they replied quickly and offered for me to try the taller pillow. This one could still be a couple centimetres taller for me, but overall, I’m quite happy with it. Very comfortable!

Exactly what I was looking for!

This pillow is very comfortable, and has helped to alleviate some back/neck pain I was having. This pillows helps to keep my head in a comfortable position while I sleep on my back or side, and has improved my overall quality of sleep because I'm not waking up from discomfort or pain anymore.
