Twistep Dog Step for SUV's

Pretty great

Works just like they say. I have a back injury plus my suburbans pretty high. Saves both our joints. Only think they could do better is make the logo sticker reflective or put reflective tape there instead incase some idiot rear ends me and tries to sue etc. lol.

$350 and barely able to use after 1-2 years

Had one for 5 years, became hard to turn even with the routine cleaning and oiling. Bought another in 2024, after just a year it started to rust and pieces of the finish on the extension bracket started to flake off. I immediately emailed the company and was told “If these are left out in the elements it can effect the paint so it is recommended when its cold outside to remove the device from your vehicle or if you live in the south remove it during summer months.” I asked that they forward my concerns on to their development group for future product improvements. Was told “ Yes, we do give them feedback. I know they are working on a different material to make them out of. They are just running into issues with weight, and prices currently but they are working towards a different material to use.” Well now after another year (2 years of having the step), the coating has flaked off even more and is now rusting. The step barely turns even with being cleaned and oiled. Be warned although it’s a great concept, there are significant issues…. According to the company you shouldn’t use it if it’s hot or cold out… ridiculous for those of us who travel with our dogs all year round. Beyond disappointed as I’ve referred at least 5-10 people to this product … a product that doesn’t last and a company that doesn’t stand behind it.
