Cherry Juice Concentrate is the besting juice I have ever tasted. Very pleasant and refreshing. My problem is I purchased a pump for the bottle but it doesn't fit. It won't fasten to the bottle. Not sure how to get a replacement.

I’ve made several attempts to contact this company via email and Facebook per their websites instruction to let them know they sent me the wrong item. They will not respond to my messages and this issue has not been resolved.
