The Mirren Shirt | Alabaster Pinstripe

Going back for another…or two.

Perfection! Every time I wear this I overhear people talk about how much they like it. It’s the perfect weight for all year long too, heavy enough to pair with jeans and a sweater in the winter and some airy shorts or skirt in the summer.

Love the shirt, not the buttons and the colour is not as shown though.

I bought this shirt in alabaster pinstripe which I thought would wear more like a softer white on me (similar to the model) but it is definitely not white. This colour, I would say, is more of a pale peachy pink. I still like the color of this shirt so I am still keeping it but I do not like the colour of the buttons at all. The buttons, to me, remind me of a sun stained plastic colour. The material of the buttons is fine but the colour is way too brownish yellow and clashes with the colour of the shirt. I am planning to upgrade the buttons myself as do still love the material and overall fit of this shirt.

The mirren shirt has become a favorite staple in my closet, I sized down which was perfect as it’s oversized, the neutral color makes it perfect for me to wear with so many things in my closet. I love it!
