unusable
I bought one of these a couple years ago and love it. Also bought one for a friend then, she loves it too. But this one that I just bought is unusable. And it is "Final Sale", so can't return it. The stuffing is OVERSTUFFED. This causes heat to stay in as well as lifts my head off the pillow in an awkward way that it puts my neck bones out of wack. $80 down the drain.
