refused to cancel order

I made a purchase. It was a duplicate and realized it within a few minutes, I emailed to cancel my order. They told me it was too late because it had already been shipped. Really? I find that highly improbable. it would have been much easier and cheaper for you to just cancel my order rather than having to go through this ridiculous return process for an item. I did not need. This flexibility is not what I expect. I will not do business with this company again.

As luck would have it I found Dazi just before my confirmation into the Catholic church this Easter. I don’t even bother counting the complements I get on these ties. I can dress them up with a suit or down with a cardigan. Across the board, these ties just work. The texture on all of these is quite nice and I happen to love the accent fabric colors on the keeper loop and tipping. It gives these ties a nice handmade feel.
