Stealth™ Pro Refurbished Headset

They sound really good but a little tight on the head. I have had complaints from my teammates that my mic surges from high to can't hear me at times and im having a few issues with settings

Got two turtle beach stealth ultra controllers one came damaged. And few weeks later got a stealth pro headset refurbished it came damaged also. Got a hold of customer support and sent pics of the damaged product and it was replace for new at no cost and sent back to me pretty fast. Happy about my experience with them.

Couldn’t change volume at all. Volume wheel never worked from the second it came out of the package. Absolute waste of time and money. Very disappointing considering I’ve been using turtle beach products since I was a kid.
