Great Shoe, the fit & size is a little off for me

I have been wanting to get a Koio since my coworker recommended it. Overall I like the shoe. I normally wear a 9.5 and based on KOIO sizing guide I got a 9 which is still somewhat not snug for me. I feel a little loose around my heels when I walk. If I wear thicker socks it's fine. So far that's my only complaint about it. Love the feel, overall build of the shoe etc.

Fit is about right. I am a size 12 but a size 12 was too big and returned for a 11. Fits well but a10.5 might fit. Design is very sleek and modern looking. I can't wait to enjoy my new KOIO shoe
