Poor condition plush

I’ve reached out twice with no answer. I received my packaged plush dirty and with stitching coming apart around the head. I was hoping to exchange for a replacement so I emailed 2 times and I’ve been ghosted and haven’t received any sort of response in regard.

The plush was great and my Grand daughter loves it. But it was received late. Not in time for Christmas as it was supposed to be. My suggestion would be to allow at least three weeks shipping time.

So precious!! You can feel the Holy Spirit on this and is a physical reminder of our sweet savior who is always with us. Glory to God, praise Jesus for His sacrifice. God bless you all.
