What an amazing experience with this company! I purchased a MSU battle bell for my husband as a wedding gift (he's always wanted one). I ordered the gift a little late and realized it may not arrive on time with the custom engraving. I emailed and Paula immediately responded to me (on a Saturday!), sent me multiple proofs and shipped the bell out that day. Exceptional service is an understatement. My husband was blown away by the gift and he rang it outside the church after the ceremony. Thank you so much!!!!
