Oh I love the black sesame seeds ~ using them all the time... topped some spicey butternut squash for flavor and color (seen in ramekins on Halloween), and I know we used them in Cole slaw for new years day BBQ chicken feast (tho not that visible in this photo). Also, have used them on top of hot sizzling greens ~ tho photo was before I added them. And other dishes!! They are great for color, contrast & taste.
