Vadouvan Curry

This is my favorite curry.

I’ve not used this spice before purchasing it. It’s much more flavorful than the spices I normally use for making lentils. Will have to purchase again when I need to replenish my stock.

I tried mixing it in canned tuna for tuna melts, delicious.
