mixed thoughts about this safe

The product is well built, and I am not unhappy with it. I am disappointed with the capacity. It is less deep than the wall safe I had in my previous home, and the locking mechanism on the door almost makes the middle shelf useless. However, I have managed to make it work for me. I do commend customer service in obtaining a replacement supplemental power source case from the manufacturer when the one I received came in warped.
