Ended up fine

When I took it out of the box, the door was hung so far off of square, that it was bound tight to the top of the opening. No way to open it by unlocking and pulling on the door. Using the key to keep it unlocked, I was ultimately able to use a small pry bar to get it open. (All the while thinking what a pain it was going to be to have to return it.) Once open, I used the pry bar and some wood blocks to lever the door so it was squared up in the frame. Now it works as designed, but it was a frustrating start. I'd say poor quality control from the manufacturer to allow it to ship in that state. But after wrestling with it for a half hour or so, it now works fine. All fine with me now, but I wonder where the average person would be facing the same situation. Wish there was a "Depends" option for Do you recommend this product.
