Best Pilsner base malt!

My brew shop has been downsized, but a few bags of base malt still have their designated place. Weyermann’s Pilsner malt is the best overall malt I recommend for classic styles—Bohemian pilsners, German lagers, and even Belgian Abbey ales, just to name a few. On my system (Grainfather G70) I’m getting an 84% efficiency with this well-modified malt. Worth the price if you want a delicate malt-forward taste.
