Eden Ohana
This is a great system, I especially like the deep water for tomatoes and cucumber, I never got that many tomatoes! I find that the kale prefer the shallow water, this is my own experience it maybe different for other user. Make sure to use the deep water when your roots can reach the water it's a game changer. I only use the 4 holes tray as my tomato plants are getting huge and full of fruits! I live in a condo on a third floor and I have both the tower and Ohana, I am never out of my favourite leafy green "kale" Thank you Hope for your support and great products.

So far so good
Purchased the Ohana about 2 months ago and I am quite impressed so far. - I appreciate the lack of proprietary parts. The setup was very easy and the system feels quite high end/sturdy. - The instructions on getting started are quite clear. - Overall I am sold on the system, and would certainly purchase again. I had a couple of growing pains that I think I've sorted... - I think the instructions say to let seeds germinate for a week in the dark, but I think this is too long. I ran into problems with stems being too flimsy with this approach, and things worked better with just leaving the lights on... Plus, germinating in the dark won't if you are planting each row at different times. - I noticed that one of the cup locations in the back '12 cup' tray (lower row, closest to the right) is particularly prone to root clogging, which based on the location, causes the system to overflow/leak. Yes, I probably need to just trim the roots more often, but for now I am leaving that cup empty. - Lastly, while I know I can get seeds anywhere, it would still be nice to have the option of purchasing specific 'optimized for hydroponics' seeds from your website.

Eden Ohana purchase
We are very happy with the Eden Ohana. We were harvesting lettuce within 3 weeks. Overall we found the process quite intuitive. Our biggest challenge starting off has been understanding the proper procedure in pruning the plants and roots.
