Very easy to put together. Super solid. I did use my finishing nailer to nail the bottom boards in because I didn’t want them to just be loose. It’s not required, but I just felt it would be better. It is very well designed.

We found that the ends of some the planks were splintered or rough, but none of this showed once the planer was assembled. When I eventually saw a You Tube video of yours, I noted that the demonstrator stapled the lining to the inside of the planter. That excellent idea I do not remember seeing in your instructions. We can fix it in the fall quite easily. Tung oil produces a beautiful finish that highlights the beauty of the cedar. Thank you for recommending it.

I love this planter. Easy to put together and filled it w herbs. Very sturdy and goes so well with my garden. I will order another one to go beside it and plant peppers next year.
