Handle Bundle Kit – The Ultimate Gorilla Bow Upgrade

I am still trying to find the perfect bench press option. The longer bands don't work for me, when used "around the back" (ie, not with an anchor). The "short" ones are too hard to get on and off the baw. Ordered the handles hoping to find a way to use the "short" bench press bands. They are really too hard to get on and off the bow, to make them a regularly used item. I was hoping the handles would be easier to get and out of the "slots" but they are still too hard. I actually have two sets of handles, and so pretty much can leave one set with a couple of the heavier and shorter bands, to use as an "around the back" bench press option. Too much trouble to fight with them, on and off, on a regular basis. Since I have two sets, I can leave one set up with the short bands.

Just received the grips! very nice, study construction and comfortable. Nice addition. Gorrila Bow needs there own door stop system! One designed just for GB. Just an idea.

We purchased the metal Gorilla Bow and now have purchased two sets on handles. Can set up work stations at three different weights to train. Amazing products and good quality.
