Product good - customer service 👎not so much

This was a birthday present that arrived extremely late (past the b-day and significantly later than the estimated delivery date. Spent at least 2 hours on phone with Cozy’s customer service and GLS (delivery service they use). Lots of finger pointing. Wouldn’t allow me to cancel order and receive refund because “package was in transit.” Yet, nobody could tell me when it would arrive. With a lot of research on my end, I learned that it was at the delivery depot 20 minutes from my house, but for some reason had not been assigned to a driver. When I asked delivery service when it would be assigned they told me they would escalate and let me know within 48 hours. This was my first experience, yet when I complained and again asked to cancel order and refund, again was told can’t since it’s in transit. Eventually, the package arrived, but had to go buy another birthday present. Overall, a very bad experience. I gave it a 2 because the product when it did arrive was what was expected and the customer service reps while of no help were at least apologetic..and I know they are just the messenger.

Very Soft and Well Made

I was happy to see the tall size option, which I ordered and it has plenty of length.. This set is very soft and comfortable with great stretch. 4 stars because the fabric doesn't breathe as well as I had hoped compared to a cotton or linen weave. Very nice though and I would probably purchase again.

Gave my wife pj’s. for Mother’s Day and she loves the comfort and the way they keep her comfortable with temperatures.
