Signature Skillet

I love the look & size of the 9-inch Signature Skillet that I bought. I have not quite mastered frying eggs in it yet, but I will keep trying until I get it right. Thanks for great products!

Love mine! Can't speak highly enough!

I purchased a 7" signature skillet and a 3.5 qt saucepan. I have nickel sensitivity, so I wanted to try an alternative to stainless steel. I use the skillet everyday for 2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter (it fits up to 4 eggs with limited room to flip around), and I'm usually able to achieve an almost totally nonstick result. And when I don't get the nonstick effect quite right, the skillet cleans up so easily. I just soak it in dawn soap and hot water for a few minutes and then scrap it with a plastic scraper before washing. The saucepan is large for 3.5qt. I wish they offered 3 qt, but I still love it. Way lighter than an enamel coated cast iron pot! And the handles on both of these products are PERFECT. Definitely get the cotton handle cover too!
