Can't believe the difference.

These glasses have made such an impact on my sleep I'm shocked. I never had trouble getting to sleep before, but since I got these glasses and wore them after sunset the difference has been very noticeable. I've been falling asleep super fast and feel like I've been getting better quality sleep. I also get tired earlier in the evening which feels like its really locking me into my circadian rhythm. I can't recommend these enough!
