I purchased these blue light glasses for the daytime. I was able to purchase them as readers which I need as a farsighted person. I am deeply grateful because I have noticed over tracking the use of wearing them for a month. Headaches are gone and my eyes do not feel tired and strained. I will be ordering more. In addition to ordering the glasses I ordered the light bulbs as well and my family is saying they notice a difference, I definitely noticed the way my home feels inside.
