SUNBIRD - Tan

The quality of the leatger of these sandals seems to be good, but they don’t quite fit. But my 1 star is for the non-existent customer service, wish I could give no stars! I bought the size recommended but my feet move around when I walk because the straps don’t “cradle” my feet. I almost had a sandal come off when I was walking. I sent an enquiry to customer support on July 6 asking if it is normal for the sandals to be loose, what can be done, and/or should I exchange for a smaller size. Received an auto response that someone will get back to me in a few hours, but that never happened. Two days go by and still nothing so I sent another email on July 8. An auto response stated that they are currently closed and will open at 0900 Pacific Time; no additional communication. I sent a third email on July 13 and still no response. I’m done with this company. I would just like to return the sandals at this point and get a refund.
