Actual experience: Putting it together out of the box was hard due to no instructions. The double seat post locking mechanisms can get in the way of removing & installing the battery. It also lacks instructions to program the parameters on the display for personal preference of use. A handbook with what the “P, C, & L” control functions/logic do would help a lot. BTW - it still isn’t easy to even get to the parameter settings. The YouTube video description gets you inside it about one out of four times. Bah-hum-bug! I found the seat material doesn’t allow you to slide on & off easily. I wanted to adjust the assistance needed to peddle the trike to full speed but to use 7th gear with motor assist the crank rpm is way too fast. Essentially the trike needs a front derailleur for normal cadence to speed ratio for assist riding.

Would recommend 2 people to assemble, but pretty smooth set up once we found a YouTube video to follow. Bike is amazing so far. Shipping was pretty quick from the company.

Has good get up & go even without shifting gears, especially with the pedal assist on. It's still heavy but it's a good size.
