100 Filoso Blades

While purchasing my OliWorks razor, I purchased a 100 pack of Filoso blades. I’ve been using DE razors, both vintage and modern, for 15 years & I’ve tried several different blade brands and models. I’ve used 5 or 6 Filoso blades in the past few weeks, and each one has been sharp and smooth. Razor blade feel is very subjective, but I would put these right up there with Gillette Nacet’s, Treet Platinum’s & RK blades. I would say I have an average to course beard and I get 3 good shaves out of the Filoso’s. That’s pretty standard for me with most high-quality blades. There’s only a couple blades I’ve been able to go past 3 shaves with and still get a comfortable shave with minimal tugging. All in all, I feel the Filoso blades are a good value for the price and I’ll continue to use them in my rotation.

I find the Filoso blades to be a nice match to the Oliworks Stainless steel razor that I purchased several weeks ago. I've tried a few other blades in the razor and they are fine as well, but the Filoso seems to be a very good match for my beard and skin with this razor. I'm using one blade about five to six days before replacing it with a fresh one. I've had some other blades which lasted longer, but either were giving me some irritation or just would last only one or two shaves before the true sharpness was gone. For me and the way I shave, daily with the number three plate, these work great!
