This is a sweetener that also gives some ( slight) mouthfeel. I use it for back sweetening my fruit wines.

Works great

The wine conditioner I bought did exactly what I wanted. I was able to control the level of sweetness to a degree of just past dry on my original project. The mango wine I made later needed extra tlc, and it came through there also. Yes, I'd recommend it for anyone like myself, an amateur who makes wine for the joy of it.

It was good

I needed all of one bag, and half of another to obtain the taste I wanted.
