I actually would give zero stars. Two weeks after I placed my order it had still yet to be shipped so I asked for my order to be canceled. They told me no because it was already shipped out which it was not still took another two weeks to hear anything back then while I was on vacation, it came in the mail and then when I finally received my order the serum that it comes with, was not even with the device they claim that the serum was shipped separately, which I never received, and I told them at this point I just wanted to return the device and for about a month they have been giving me the runaround, even though I already had shown them the emails that I placed to the delivery company that claim to have delivered my other package. It’s just been a runaround and terrible customer service and don’t plan on ordering if you need it by a certain date. I jist have to chuck this up to a loss because they are not allowing me to return the order
