We loved this dish! I used 300g pasta which was definitely enough. Fresh chicken tenders, 300g sour cream and 250g cream cheese. The rest was as the recipe said. I haven't had a recipe base from Mingle that I don't love!

With so much you can do with this recipe base, our highlight would have to be the baked sweet potato or kumara where I’m From. Family hit!.

Such a versatile flavour!!

This is probably my fave sachet!! I’ve used it with chicken, beef mince, pasta ~ it is so versatile and adds HEAPS of flavour without adding in gross preservatives and additives 😌 I’ve followed the suggested recipe on the back, what a winner! But I’ve also “flew by the seat of my pants” 😅 and created a delish beef mince base just as I went along, with this as its base! And it turned out so tasty!!
