Regarding Replacement Cream Separator Motor

I am writing after having my original order lost in shipping, due to inadequate packaging and then having another one shipped to fulfill my order. If I could give a “zero” rating for the first shipment, I would. However, after contacting Customer Support and speaking with Katerina (AKA Katya), all of my expectations were met and my faith in this company restored. Therefore, a 4-Star rating, rather than a 5, since the first shipment was a total failure. Thank you, Katya for making it right!

New Motor

The new motor works fine. This is the second motor as the first one arrived broken due to poor packaging. However, the company was quick to send another one which arrived in one piece although still packaged poorly. We love this cream separator!
