The watch that wasn’t
I purchased this watch, the SLgW003 Birch Bark, from Teddy Baldassarre Inc. (TB) that they have described to me as ‘pristine’ when I purchased and it wasn’t. The Timegrapher specs were out of range for a Grand Seiko and they refuse to simply take the watch back and give me a cash refund. They ignore my rights as a buyer and only want to deal on their terms which is to return the watch to GS under WARRANTY! for ‘re-calibration’! or send the watch to them WITHOUT negotiating the specific terms of my cash refund. Their representative repeatedly ignores how expensive the watch is and how important it is for a small new AD representing GS to treat a loyal customer who has bought previous watches from them to even bother to negotiate with me. Instead TB’s representative just repeats TB’s terms to me as I said. Wouldn’t you agree? Is this the way you want to be treated? I have filed a dispute claim thru PayPal and am currently looking at more options such as contacting my state’s Attorney General as well as exploring any Federal options available to a buyer who has purchased a product that wasn’t as described. Please wish me luck. This is a very expensive watch! Regards & Hoping
