Big drop in quality

I have a whole collection of France luxe barrettes—maybe 20 or so collected over the years. This is the first one that’s felt cheap. The clip is really hard to open and it’s hard to get it off my hair. I ordered it from America so it cost a lot with shipping and I really want to return it. This makes me sad—am I not going to be able to order from the company anymore?

The feedback of the two hair clips

The quality of the clip becomes pretty bad. I used to have a France Luxe hair clip that I lost during a trip. I tried to buy one back but I found the quality is bad this time. When I got the package, the clip was apart like the picture I provided. The metal material of the clip is neither smooth nor shiny. I am very afraid it might cut my fingers. Even worse, the metal clip is not even on the middle place of the plastic part. Feel very disappointed to have one like that this time.
