Cute and extremely flattering. you can definitely dress it up or down. doesnt have to be fully off shoulder either, you can rock it as a boat neck too. the sky blue color is gorgeous

The fabric is so breathable and the color is so pretty!!! When i bought it i thought it would be a different color but thats a mistake on my part!
