Awesome experience, delivered on time and with an extra revision. Easy to work with and responsive through email. The perfect gift!

The print is very pretty, as advertised. But, i ordered the 8X10 and it is actually 8 1/4 X 6 1/16. The frame was damaged despite being wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap, which leads me to believe it was damaged prior to shipping, however, Customers Service was very responsive and they credited me $20 for the damaged frame. Bad news is that i had to buy a custom matte to re-frame print due to the strange size. Overall a very "meh" experience.

Order exactly as requested -- only downside was tremendously long shipping time.
