Vanilla Cinnamon Flake Salt

Cinnamon salt

Never knew of such a thing until I saw a Facebook post about someone who wanted cinnamon salt for their patient who wanted it for his oatmeal. Sounded good, so did a search, found this brand and ordered. It is delicious on anything you would normally use a salt on. I have diabetes type 2, so the cinnamon is a plus.

I like it!

Good amount of cinnamon/vanilla flavor. It's been the perfect addition to my milk frothing in the morning, and even better on roasted squash. Also can packaged really well.

Probably my favorite salt for all my oatmeals and sweeting up meals.
